After the Contest – Blow your trumpet

While many are happy to post to the VKCC Yahoo Forum this is a limited field and misses many of the O/S Stations you have worked; to update them different avenues are available.

Announcing your score to other contestors is usually done via

http://www.3830scores.com/

3830 was an historical net frequency used in North America after a contest – with the advent of emails this progressed to a mail messaging system in the early 90s and is in use by many of the data sources for early contest results on the web today.

This populates sites such as http://www.dxwatch.com/ct_scores?ct=&c=999999999&y=  and also the Unofficial WRTC sites http://www.wrtc-rank.com/index.php?rank_type=claimed

Another site of interest is the QSO rates site – this site extracts data from public logs such as CQWW and CQWPX contest but you can also submit your log to them and they will extract the data – This link is for the Oceania Records
