Uploads open and close automatically based on each event’s submission window.
🧩 Cabrillo 3 Format Only
All logs must be in Cabrillo Version 3 format.
Logs will be rejected if:

Submitted outside log windows

Have the wrong contest name

Contain missing header info or invalid QSO lines

Include edited or non-standard header fields
If that happens, fix the issue in your logger and re-export the file.

Make sure your Cabrillo header includes the correct CONTEST: line:
💡 Tip: In VKCL, just pick the right contest before exporting — no manual edits needed.
✉️ Confirmation & Certificates
If your Cabrillo file includes your email line (EMAIL:), you’ll receive a robot reply confirming a successful upload and — for some events — an automatic certificate mail-out once scores are finalised.
Even without the email line, you’ll still see an on-screen confirmation after submission.
